**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective training programs that enhance players' skills and performance.
- Educate athletes on basketball techniques and strategies
- Conduct regular practices, drills, and conditioning sessions to improve team performance.
- Assess individual player strengths and weaknesses to provide personalized coaching.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and respect among players while promoting a positive attitude.
- Organize and lead competitive games, ensuring adherence to rules and sportsmanship standards.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player development and team progress.
- Monitor athletes' physical conditioning and provide guidance on fitness routines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience coaching basketball at any level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategies, and rules.
- Ability to educate players effectively while maintaining a supportive environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
- A background in sports education or related field is a plus.
- A passion for teaching the sport of basketball and developing young athletes.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
