**Repair Planner/Estimator**

**Summary**

Our busy team is seeking an enthusiastic Repair Planner to join our team at Luxuria Auto. The individual would be a self-starter who is able to assist in the assessment and development of repair plans, supporting with the facilitation of maximum production. The Repair Planner will get the opportunity to work with a great team of individuals and an organization which is invested in the success and growth of their employees.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Review and assess the damage, cost to repair and time to complete for each vehicle in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Coordinate the repair process with team members to ensure the timely and efficient repair of vehicles, while maintaining superior customer-service.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, while ensuring superior customer satisfaction to valued Luxuria Auto customers.
- Stay up to date on the progress of each vehicle by ensuring effective communication and coordination with team members.
- Communicate any changes, updates, time to completion and accurate costs to customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure adequate materials, parts and equipment are available for the repair of each job.
- Provide accurate reporting, deviation to plans, scheduling, forecasts, and performance updates to team members.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience working in the autobody industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills working with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
