We are a dedicated, hardworking, and fun-loving veterinary team committed to compassionate care, professionalism, and ongoing education. We’re looking for a **Veterinary Receptionist** who shares our values and is eager to be a key part of our clinic’s success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and record keeping.
- Educate clients about services, procedures and care recommendations.
- Support a smooth workflow by coordinating with our veterinary and technical staff.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A compassionate individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office setting (preferred).
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong desire to go the extra step to ensure our clients receive clear communication and feel that they are a part of the decision-making process.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continued learning.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
