**Job Type**:Regular English version below Ce poste est disponible peu importe ta localisation au Canada **Investis en toi, JOINS AGROPUR. **_On est prêt, lait-tu? _** Le spécialiste santé et sécurité (SST) aura comme mandat d’accompagner dans l’exécution et de collaborer activement avec l'équipe canadienne de santé et de sécurité (33 sites, d'un océan à l'autre), de favoriser l’harmonisation entre les sites et d’intensifier la stratégie de formation (fournir et développer le contenu). **Ch **'‹ **ez Agropur, on investit en TOI**: - Régime d’assurances collectives flexibles incluant un service de télémédecine ; - Programme d’aide aux employés ; - Possibilité d'investir en toi (développement de carrière, etc.) ; - Régime de retraite avec contributions de l’entreprise ; - Un grand terrain de jeu pour s’accomplir ; - Des collègues passionnés par leur travail ; - Des valeurs auxquelles nous croyons profondément. **En quoi consiste ce rôle**: Relevant du directeur national de la santé et de la sécurité, le spécialiste de la santé et de la sécurité est notamment responsable de: - Soutenir l'équipe canadienne de santé et de sécurité et les sites dans l’atteinte et la mise en œuvre d’une culture préventive ; - Développer, contrôler et fournir des sessions et des outils de formation en santé et sécurité pour les sites ; - Coordonner et surveiller l'élaboration et le déploiement harmonisés des programmes/directives en collaboration avec les responsables régionaux de la santé et de la sécurité. Selon les besoins, le spécialiste peut aussi fournir du soutien en site; - Maintenir et réviser la documentation du système de gestion des sites canadiens ; - Diriger l'élaboration, le déploiement et le suivi du programme d'observation sécuritaire en collaboration avec les responsables régionaux de la santé et de la sécurité ; - Effectuer une vigie réglementaire pour le Canada, identifier les impacts, les communiquer aux responsables régionaux de la santé et de la sécurité et suivre l'évolution des changements requis ; - Le cas échéant, soutenir les responsables régionaux de la santé et de la sécurité lors des audits ; - Conseiller, influencer et guider l'équipe canadienne afin de réduire la récurrence des accidents, d’améliorer les résultats tout en assurant une gestion des risques ; - Soutenir le directeur national de la santé et de la sécurité pour tout autre nouveau programme et/ou directive. **Ce qu’il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**: - 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la santé et de la sécurité ; - Expérience en santé et sécurité dans une usine de fabrication ; - Déplacements sur les sites : entre 15 % et 25 % en fonction des projets et des exigences du site ; - Capacité à travailler dans un environnement collaboratif ; - Excellentes aptitudes à la communication ; - Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; - Excellentes capacités de planification et d'organisation. **On est prêt, lait-tu? This position is available regardless of your location in Canada The Specialist will focus on increasing support in execution with the canadian H&S team (all 33 sites, coast to coast), create active harmonization amongst sites and ramp up training (provide & develop content). What does this role involve: Reporting to the H&S National Director, in a servant leader manner, the Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for the following: - Support the H&S Canadian team and the sites to achieve and implement a Preventive Culture; - Develop, monitor & provide Health & safety training for the sites; - Coordinate & monitor harmonized development and deployment of programs/standards in collaboration with the H&S regional managers and provide on-site support when required; - Maintain and review Safety Management System documentation for Canadian sites; - Lead the development, deployment and monitoring of the Safety Observation program in collaboration with the H&S regional managers; - Conduct legal monitoring for Canada, identify impacts, communicate to the H&S regional managers and monitor progression of required changes; - When required, support the H&S regional managers for audits; - Counsel, influence and guide the Canadian team to improve performance and reduce recurrence of accidents while managing risks; - Support the H&S National Director for any other new programs and/or requirements.
