Summary
The Systems & Process Lead plays a crucial role in optimizing operational processes by leveraging technology and data-driven insights. This role involves managing system infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency related to Cova and retail store systems.

Essential

**Responsibilities**:
**System Infrastructure Management**:

- Support and maintain the system infrastructure related to operational processes, ensuring data integrity, system availability, and performance.

**Process Automation and Efficiency**:

- Identify, evaluate, and implement technological solutions to automate processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

**Process Analysis and Optimization**:

- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, aiming to enhance workflow and resource allocation.

**Change Management and Documentation**:

- Facilitate change management by documenting process improvements and communicating them effectively to relevant stakeholders and teams.

**Continuous Improvement and Innovation**:

- Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, measure process improvements, and ensure they align with organizational objectives.

Education, Training and Experience
- Post Secondary Education in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system infrastructure management and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and data to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective change management and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Familiarity with various tools and software used for system management and process optimization.

Working Conditions
- Open availability with a remote workspace
- Requires stable internet connection, ability to connect virtually consistently.
- Travel from time to time, when required for the business.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
