We are seeking a **Solar Design Student,** for our **Solar District**that is available for** 4-16 months starting May 2026.**

As a **Solar Design Student** and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews RFP documentation for key design requirements
- Designs, reviews and/or validates solar facility layouts relative to RFP documents using/creating plans, specifications, and other information
- Calculates energy losses for designs
- Prepares/draws detailed site layouts using electrical single line diagrams using AutoCAD
- Supports estimating with quantity takeoffs and preconstruction efforts (e.g. design coordination, constructability review, project planning)
- Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
- Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders
