As a Financial Analyst I you will play a support role in costing and business monitoring initiatives. The primary role consists in gathering, merging, evaluating and analyzing data to support decision-making on any type of business initiatives. Analysis should include adequate details on the purpose, the accuracy required and the conclusion (which includes the credibility, volatility, probability and sensitivity).
**What does your typical day look like?**
- Gather and analyze all pertinent information;
- Provide a pertinent summary (including clear purpose and accuracy required) which supports decision-making;
- Support the rest of the Finance team in the costing; initiatives by gathering and summarizing business metrics data;
- Use business experience to provide opinion;
- Use business experience to provide opinion on the BAM information as requested;
- Provide support by conducting QA of information;
- Answer any requests for information which could or could not require analysis based on priorities from all business units that fall outside of the above.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- BBA with concentration in Finance or Accounting;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pertinent domain;
- Strong business acumen;
- Collaboration skills;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Strong Excel and analytical skills;
- Critical thinking, organized, methodical and disciplined;
- Multitasking.
