**Job Title**: Counter Staff

**Location**: Montreal, QC H2X 1L1

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Starting from $16.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**: Regularly posting on Instagram, TikTok, and creating engaging videos and photos to promote the studio.

**Work Environment**: Cultivating a transparent and positive atmosphere for both artists and clients.

**Client Interaction**: Assisting clients from their arrival to the shop, handling transactions, and providing essential aftercare information.

**Financial Reporting**: Daily tasks include calculating sales, managing client deposits, and ensuring accurate financial records.

**Shop Maintenance**: Upholding cleanliness standards through tasks such as sweeping, changing trash, and restocking necessary items.

**Inventory Management**: Conducting weekly inventory checks to ensure proper stock levels.

**Schedule Oversight**: Coordinating with artists to manage the studio's schedule and book appointments efficiently.

**Experience/Skills Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (required).
- Preferred 1 year of management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (bilingual/multilingual is a bonus).
- Knowledge of the tattoo/piercing process; personal experience with tattoos and piercings is a strong bonus.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred).

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience (preferred).
