**Job Overview**
Thunder Bay Auto Parts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our dynamic team. We are seeking individuals who considers themselves a 'people person' who is energetic, enthusiastic and shares our passion for customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Exhibit excellent customer service etiquette while handling customer inquiries and support.
- Process orders through multiple computer systems efficiently, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis.
- Cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in sales activities to promote products and services, contributing to overall business growth.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and inventory levels.
- Assist the technicians in meeting their parts demands.
- Assist in purchasing, receiving and stocking orders.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Previous experience in an automotive parts environment or dealership is preferred.
- Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with customers.
- Proficiency in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with negotiation techniques is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in sales or cashiering is advantageous but not required.
- You must be able to provide a clear Criminal Record Check and a minimum of three successful reference checks.

**Wage**

Hourly rate of $22-28 to start based on a 40 hour work week. The starting wage is highly negotiable and wages will be adjusted accordingly with experience and qualifications. Our family atmosphere and benefits like a two week summer shutdown provides a great work-life balance.

Pay: $35,893.20-$56,513.05 per year
