K.L.P. Machining Inc is a ISO9001:2008 certified CNC High Precision Machine shop located North of Toronto. As high-level suppliers for over 14 years, we take pride in what we make and how we make it. We specialize in CNC Lathe Turning, Boring, and Milling.

**Role Responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- 20% requires editing programs to meet specified tolerance and surface finishes
- 80% consists of operating CNC Lathe and Mill machines
- Must be able to prepare and grind all tools required for each project
- Perform final checks using gauges and measuring equipment
- Measuring and analyzing all machined parts to specified tolerances and surface finishes using appropriate measuring equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Experienced in machining components with tight tolerance (5 microns)
- Knowledge of Mastercam is an asset
- Able to read and accurately interpret prints and drawings
- Ability to set up and operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
