**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project planning and execution
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Implement project schedules using HeavyBid software
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proficiency in construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in construction project management is preferred but not required

Pay: $75,445.00-$80,697.00 per year
