**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct classroom sessions to educate students on traffic laws, safe driving techniques, and vehicle operation.
- Provide hands-on instruction during behind-the-wheel training, guiding students through various driving scenarios.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure comprehensive coverage of essential driving topics.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding training schedules, expectations, and any areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on state regulations and best practices in driver education to ensure compliance and enhance instructional quality.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for education is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to create an engaging learning environment that fosters student participation and enthusiasm.
- Patience and adaptability to work with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques is a plus.
- Commitment to promoting safe driving practices and instilling confidence in new drivers.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
