**Duties**
- Develop and maintain excellent staff relationships and a positive and safe team environment in all aspects of work
- Provide exceptional service whenever engaging customers
- Coordinate with Office and Shop staff to prepare orders by pulling material, preparing shipments, and loading for delivery
- Unload deliveries of lumber, organize on yard or in warehouse
- Stock showroom shelves as necessary
- Monitor inventory levels and alert Office Manager when material levels are low
- As with other positions at CML, the Yard Associate may at times be assigned other duties as needed to complement the overall team

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.50 per hour
