Primary Responsibilities
- Review a select number of underwriting files for policy adherence and overall risk monthly and report findings to the leads of each team.
- Work with underwriting Training Specialists to advise of any transactional or knowledge gaps identified through QA and External Audit reviews,
- Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and how they impact Intellifi Financial.
- Work with our business partners to investigate and report suspicious transactions

Skills / Requirements
- 3+ years experience lending experience, or mortgage underwriting
- High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Self-starter with proven organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with senior levels of staff and external business partners.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines
- You have an aptitude to seek information, problem solve and exhibit sound judgment
- You are effective in a team environment and contribute to a positive work environment and culture
- You have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook
- Provincial mortgage broker licensing is an asset
- Working knowledge of SharePoint is an asset
