We are seeking an Apprentice Carpenter Level 2 to support the Construction site by supporting trades and carpenters.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Adhere to and always promote company safety standards and procedures
- Assist and collaborate with a Journeyman Carpenter on a variety of carpentry-related tasks
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to carpentry and construction
- Perform site errands as needed, including transporting materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity
- Support general construction tasks such as digging footings, erecting sub-floor structures, wall framing, and roof framing
- Follow both written and verbal instructions in on-site and classroom/training environments
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Site Supervisor

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Completed high school or equivalent, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Enrolled in a recognized trade school program, working towards their Journeyman / Red Seal
- certification
- Good interpersonal skills when working with sub trades and other team members
- A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active on the job
- Safe and confident use of construction power tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Dependable and punctual, with a proven history of consistent attendance and reliability
- A desire to grow in the construction industry with a company making big moves
