**The Opportunity**

**Position**: Manager of Advanced Education Initiatives
**Location**: Calgary, Alberta
**Type**: Permanent, Full-Time

SunMETA Group is seeking a dynamic **Manager of Advanced Education Initiatives** to lead the strategic development and implementation of advanced education initiatives across our organization. This leadership role involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Advanced Education, third-party regulators, and key stakeholders to ensure our programs align with industry standards and support organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the **Manager of Advanced Education Initiatives**, you are highly competent in:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute a curriculum strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and external stakeholders to gather insights and strengthen program relevance.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure all programs meet accreditation standards and government regulations.
- **Innovation and Creativity**: Foster an environment of innovation, aligning academic priorities with institutional goals.
- **Partnership Building**: Cultivate relationships with industry leaders to align curricula with workforce needs and emerging trends.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Education**: A Masters degree (or Doctorate) in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of experience managing regulatory frameworks and engaging directly with private and public stakeholders
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
- **Industry Alignment**: Proven experience in building partnerships with industry leaders to ensure curriculum relevance.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of educational trends, curriculum development, and emerging technologies in education.
- **Passion for Education**: A commitment to fostering a positive, innovative learning environment.
