Stable Hand

Duties
- Feeding and watering horses on a daily basis
- Cleaning stalls and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the horses
- Operating farm machinery, such as tractors and mowers

Experience
- Previous experience working with horses in a stable or farm setting
- Ability to handle and control horses safely
- Knowledge of basic horse care and health requirements
- Familiarity with farm machinery operation and maintenance
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks

This is a weekend position. Person must have reliable transportation to get to the farm.

As a Stable Hand, you will be responsible for the daily care of horses. Your duties will include feeding, turn out/turn in, and cleaning stalls.

You should have previous experience working with horses in a stable or farm setting. You must be comfortable handling horses safely and have a good understanding of basic horse care. Familiarity with operating farm machinery is also important for performing maintenance tasks. Strong physical stamina is required for heavy lifting and manual labor duties.

This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. However, it offers the opportunity to work closely with horses and contribute to their well-being.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
