Bayshore Home Care Solution in Sarnia is looking for Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our amazing team.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of home care to our clients. This includes but not limited to:

- Providing cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support to clients and their families in home or cluster-care settings
- Using a company-provided work device, document information required for each client visit
- Assisting with use of walkers and canes, transfers from bed, chair, wheelchair, toilet, etc.
- Rising and retiring: dressing, brushing hair, teeth, shaving, etc.
- Personal care: assisting with bathing, showering, toileting, brief changes, etc.
- Socializing and companionship
- Complete basic housekeeping tasks
- Maintain client confidentiality

Job Qualification

**What You’ll Need**
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- PSW certificate or equivalent or International nursing license
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with clients and their families
- Experience in providing personal care to clients

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle along with PSW diploma or equivalent.
