**Job Description**:
We are looking for a leader with 3+ years of experience in Fabrication. The Lead Hand will also have an excellent safety background and strive to provide a safe work environment for their team.

**The position will be based out of Sherwood Park, AB. This position is a night shift Monday - Thursday.**

**What would you be doing?**
- Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
- Prepare, monitor, and facilitate project schedule with operations team to ensure buget and timelines are met.
- Estimate and manage project labor and material requirements.
- Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures,
- Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

- Have a Journeyperson Welder or Steamfitter/Pipefitter Certificate.
- B Pressure Ticket is an asset if you posess a Journeyman Welder Cerifticate.
- Experience with Stainless is an asset.
- Have 3 years of experience with multiple projects in fabrication.
- Proven leader who can motivate people and maintain effective relationships with clients and team.
- Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and WHMIS.
