Successfactors Employee Central Consultant

The **SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant** will play a key role in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions. Based in Mississauga, this position requires technical expertise in Employee Central Core, Global Benefits, Intelligent Services, and integrations with third-party tools and SAP HCM. The consultant will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end implementations and provide ongoing support for Core HR processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Implementation and Support**:
- Lead or contribute to the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central with Benefits, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Provide support and guidance for SAP HCM and Employee Central functionalities.
**Technical Expertise**:
- Leverage expertise in Employee Central Core, Global Benefits, and Intelligent Services to configure and optimize SAP solutions.
- Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with third-party tools and SAP HCM modules.
**Client Interaction and Communication**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes related to Core HR and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide exceptional client service and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
**Organization and Delivery**:
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Travel to client sites within Canada as required.
**Required Skills**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- ** Certification**: SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory).

Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in Employee Central Core, Global Benefits, and Intelligent Services.
- At least 1 full-cycle implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central with Benefits and SAP HCM.
- **
Soft Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
- Strong client service skills and collaborative mindset.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules.
- Understanding of broader SAP HCM functionalities.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
