**DUTIES**
The Network Administrator IV is a senior position reporting to the manager of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) department of the Marine Institute and responsible for all the Marine Institute's networking and communication infrastructure and services. The position is responsible for managing the design, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of the Marine Institute's computer networks and related systems for data and voice communications (Cisco Unified Communications & Collaboration). The position is a senior member of the ICT Team and integral to the planning and strategizing of current and future business requirements to develop innovative technical network solutions for the Marine Institute. As well, the position will be required to perform regular network monitoring, trouble shooting, modeling, analysis, security and regular vulnerability assessments in a lead role of ICT's security team. The position will be involved in the development associated network and security policies and procedures for management approval.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**SALARY $67,567 - $74,266 per annum (NAPE Local 7850)**
