**JOB Description**: GPD is based out of Winnipeg Manitoba. GPD specializes in flat roofing and provides premium services for residential and commercial roofing needs.

We are looking for a crew willing to join our growing company.

**A Foreman preferably 8-10 years of flat roofing experience**
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and organizational skills, Ability to read and understand work orders and blueprints

**A Second man preferably 4-8 years of commercial flat roofing experience**
- Problem solving, hard working, reliable, Ability to read and understand work orders and blueprints

**A Third man preferably 4-6 years of commercial flat roofing experience**
- Responsible, hard working, ability to read and understand work orders and blueprints

**Depending on Position Duties may include**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a crew engaged in roofing installation, maintenance, and repair of structures and equipment to achieve significant improvements in their productivity.
- Install new flat roof material, include but not limit to, Single Ply, PVC, TPO and EPDM according to manufacturers warranties.
- Train new workers in safety procedures and job duties.
- Schedule and assign work to employees
- Input & edit timesheets
- Structure and maintain a safe working environment according to MB regulations

*Foreman is required to have a Valid Driver's License

**Salary**: $18.00-$43.00 per hour
