Our Retail Team works together towards a common goal: to maximize sales by creating best in class experiences that focuses on cannabis education and customer experience. First and foremost, our Budtenders are the main source of support for customer experince in our shops. They are responsible for ensuring each customer and task in the shop is taken care of. Our budtenders are the backbone of each Go Green shop, making everything opportunity count and each customer encounter a postive a repeat experience.

**Budtender Qualifications**:

- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- Must have CannSell certificate
- Minimum 2 years work experience in cannabis retail
- Work experience in Retail Management an asset
- Natural leader and excited to develop upon business acumen
- Team player and driven to excel
- Love of learning and growing your skill set
- Committed to delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Maintains a positive collaborative working relationship with the team, support team and all vendors, LP reps
- Solution driven to overcome any, and all operational challenges that may arise
- Flexible availability to support the needs of the business
- Ability to troubleshoot and think clearly in times of high volume
- Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis
- Ability to always interact with customers diplomatically and professionally
- Detail oriented
- Love of product and process management

**Budtender Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily operations, from inventory management, merchandising and managing the client experience.
- Research new products in order to update inventory for both cannabis and accessories
- Perform opening and/or closing duties
- Maintaining the store front for cleanliness, organization and stock.
- Use of POS system to complete sales
- Providing an exceptional experience, particularly when problem solving.
- Be the store’s representative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17-19 an hour

Schedule:

- Flexible shifts, days evenings, weekdays, weekends, holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gloucester, ON
- Barrhaven, ON
- reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
