**The position is also open for individuals who did not go to college. Our promotion policy is based on performance rather than seniority/education. Your responsibilities will be**:

- Oversee and ensure proper handling of incoming calls/paperwork
- Update and train the team on changes in the work environment
- Conduct one-on-one and team meetings regularly
- Lead and coach a team with varying experiences to make sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
