**Position Overview**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic **Seasonal Sales Associate** to join our team for the busy period ending **December 31, 2025**, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

In this temporary role, you will assist customers in selecting mobile products and plans, support store operations, and contribute to an exceptional in-store experience. This position plays an essential role during our peak season and offers valuable retail and sales experience.

**ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service**
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate devices, plans, and services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly.
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and patience.

**Sales & Revenue**
- Promote available products and services to drive sales.
- Work toward achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories and add-on services to enhance the customer experience.
- Process purchases accurately using the RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system.

**Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on Freedom Mobile devices, plans, and current promotions.
- Maintain an understanding of industry and market trends.
- Clearly communicate product benefits to help customers make informed choices.

**Store Maintenance**
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Support merchandising updates and participate in inventory counts when required.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, customer-first attitude with a passion for service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and wireless technology.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Freedom Mobile: 1 year (preferred)
