MacKay’s Truck & Trailer Center is a full-line Volvo, Mack, Isuzu, and Hino truck dealership, with locations in Truro and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The Dartmouth location is a Volvo Uptime certified dealership.

We currently have an opening for a night shift foreman/ supervisor.

The shift is 3:30PM-12:00AM Monday to Friday.

Duties will include but are not limited to: supervising the night shift mechanics including coaching and training, answering service related phone calls, creating work orders, updating and advising customers on repair status, invoicing customers, and sending estimates for approval.

The night shift foreman will work closely with the day shift foreman to coordinate carry over works from one shift to another and with the service advisor team to ensure trucks are scheduled in appropriately.

1 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role is an asset. 1 to 5 years in the Truck and Transport trade is an asset. Truck and transport red seal certification is an asset. Cummins engine training and Mack/ Volvo Master tech training is also asset.
