As a Part-Time Sales Associate you will use your knowledge and experience to help Devoted Pet Parents find the right nutrition and other solutions for their pets. You will be part of a team of passionate Pet Experts, and enjoy the perks of helping Pet Parents every day. **Responsibilities**:

- Operating POS and assisting all customers with sales.
- Opening and or closing of store, handling banking and other miscellaneous paperwork.
- Replenishing store shelves with product of small and large items (10 lbs-40lbs) including pet supplies, bagged food and litter, etc.
- Checking products best before dates and counting inventory.
- Sweeping, dusting and other general store maintenance functions.
- Assist in unloading delivery vehicles of cases and bags of pet food and supplies and putting these into stock (items up to 50 lbs.)
- Answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
- Other duties and tasks as required.

Required Experience:

- Previous retail or customer service experience, and or key holder experience.
- Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
- Ability to work independently and or as a team.
- Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
