**About Us**:
DelGate Logistics is a leading Canadian 3PL specializing in big and bulky product logistics — including warehousing, cross-docking, transloading, and nationwide white-glove delivery. With facilities across Canada, we combine advanced technology and operational excellence to deliver premium service for our clients.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
- Assist the Operations Manager in supervising warehouse and driver teams.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time performance, damages, and productivity.
- Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Assist in training new employees and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Handle escalations and operational problem-solving in real time.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3 years of previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management** — _required_.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an operations setting.
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations, LTL freight, and delivery logistics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency with WMS/OMS systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
