**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Associate to join our Quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing and packaging operations are conducted in compliance with Health Canada and FDA regulations, as well as internal quality standards. Key responsibilities include issuing and reviewing batch records, supporting quality control testing, and assisting with documentation, investigations, and GMP compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issue Master Batch Records (MBRs) and production documentation to manufacturing teams
- Review completed Batch Production Records (BPRs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GMP standards
- Perform in-process checks and ensure proper documentation is maintained during production and packaging
- Assist with product release documentation, ensuring all required testing and records are complete
- Support deviation reporting, investigation, and CAPA implementation
- Assist in internal audits, vendor qualification, and regulatory inspections
- Maintain and update SOPs, logbooks, and other quality documentation
- Coordinate with QC laboratory for sampling, testing, and COA reviews
- Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods meet specification before release
- Participate in training programs and maintain awareness of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a QA/QC role in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry
- Strong understanding of GMP, Health Canada Natural Health Product Regulations, and/or 21 CFR Part 111
- Experience with batch record review, documentation control, and quality systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic document control software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
