**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as needed for specific cleaning tasks and facilities maintenance.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding any maintenance issues or supply needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing custodial duties to maintain a safe working environment.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Must have a social insurance number & be legally allowed to work in Canada.
- Must have a valid canadian driving license or an international license with a minimum of 1 year Canadian Driving Experience.
- Must have a plan to reside Canada (Perminent Resident). This is a long term permanent position.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Must be available Monday to Saturday between 7am & 6pm
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.28-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (required)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Residential cleaning: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Expected start date: 2025-06-04
