**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients seeking insurance coverage.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Educate clients on different insurance options and help them choose the best coverage for their needs.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Proficient in telemarketing techniques and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A General Level 1 Insurance License must be obtained prior to employment, and a Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) license must be acquired within the first 6 months of employment.

Pay: $55,041.00-$75,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
