**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and following-up on quotations and tenders
- Monitor and collect project information and prepare progress reports to help inform ongoing planning and implementation
- Managing, reviewing and organizing change directives, site instruction and change orders. Preparing prices for extras or credits associated with each change.
- Monitors project progress and timelines and prepares status reports to assist with timely project delivery
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to order materials for production
- Issue and track change orders
- Quickly and efficiently resolving any customer complaints
- Fulfill customer expectations in a manner that complies with policies, practices and procedures.
- Prepare order entry, processing Payments & Receivables
- Maintenance relationship with customer
- Answering phone calls & Taking messages
- Various other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree or College Diploma required
- Strong familiarity with construction documentation including drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
- Proficient in working with AutoCAD, Version 2010 or higher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Must be a detailed oriented individual with excellent organizational skills

Pay: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
