**Job Summary**
Do you have an existing Foodservice, Retail and/or Hospitality business network?

Do you have experience selling to Service Industry businesses?

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support, ensuring client needs are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Utilize HubSpot to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on business development initiatives and share best practices.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing product offerings and benefits.
- Design sales and marketing materials to support our campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to effectively position our products.

**Requirements**:

- An established network of Retail, Foodservice and/or Hospitality contacts is a strong asset.
- Prior experience in Retail, Foodservice or Hospitality is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, within the service industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or other CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.
- A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,400.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (required)
- Food industry: 1 year (preferred)
