**Reporting to the Manager, Connected Car, the Supervisor, Connected Car oversees both the strategy and development of Kia Connect (and related services). Supervisor, Connected Car ensures KCA’s Connected Car offering meets the needs of today’s customers while building the foundation to support future / digital business models.
- **Responsibilities**

**- Develop and implement KCA’s Over-the-Air (OTA) strategy, including feature definition, pricing, dealer integration, and future roadmap
- Monetization of paid subscriptions and OTA technology
- Manage all aspects of Connected Car pricing (incl. operational costs, integration into vehicle MSRP, and margin/profitability targets)
- Project management responsibility (external vendors and internal/cross-functional) for all Connected Car projects (i.e. Billing Platform, OTA, etc.)
- System understanding through studying and analysis of requirement and specifications documents as well as architecture and design documentation. Creation of RFP for submission to external vendors with our requirements.
- Maintain industry expertise on full scope of current and future connected car services (competitive, outside industries, etc.) to advocate for the creation and implementation of expanded Connected Car features and services

**Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required**

**- 5+ years direct automotive experience; preferably in the area of product planning or connected car
- University degree in a related discipline preferred
- Excellent Project Management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with superior attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - the ability to “think complexly; speak simply”
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint & Outlook)
