**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Lead Concierge and working in collaboration with the Concierge on duty, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Offering a warm welcome and hospitable service to incoming residents and visitors.
- Maintain impeccable sense of arrival at our driveway, reception area and parking garage.
- Valet park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles.
- Track and deliver packages to resident suites.
- Manage the telephone system to efficiently direct incoming calls during desk coverage.
- Responding to requests and inquiries in a timely fashion with follow up to ensure our resident’s satisfaction.
- Promoting THE DUNFIELD’S Mission, Values and Vision.
- Adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Acting as liaison with key departments (Care Services, Food and Beverage, Spa / Health Club, Activities, Marketing and Maintenance) to ensure all resident needs are met.
- Excellent knowledge of security / emergency procedures - Crisis Management and general crisis situation procedures.
- Assisting with resident issues related to computers and technology.
- Responsible for providing initial orientation of suite and building service offerings to new residents upon their arrival.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Highest guests service skills, talent and knowledge.
- Professional manner, outgoing personality, and ability to work on own initiative.
- Knowledge of JONAS POS / Resident Management System, Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized and result oriented.
- Must be able to work well under pressure to deliver on all resident expectations.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a strong team player, self-motivated with proven decision making skills.
- Previous experience working with seniors or in a retirement residence an asset.
- Second language an asset.
- Valid Ontario G Class License with ability to drive standard and automatic transmission.
- Clean Ontario driver’s Abstract required for consideration.
- Smart Serve Certification Required for employment consideration.

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to work on your feet for the majority of your shift
- Must be able to lift items in excess of 50 lbs.

**Working Condition**:

- Must be able to work from 11am-7pm daily
- Must be able to work holidays - no exceptions
