**Tridon Communications is growing and we are seeking a Radio Communications Technician for work local to Fort McMurray.**Relocation assistance may be provided**

**What You Bring**:
**Must Haves**:

- 2-year diploma in electronics engineering technology or related field/ 4-year bachelor’s degree in electronics combined with related work experience
- 2 - 5 years of direct industry work experience
- Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record within the last 5 years
- Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing on a regular and frequent basis for access to site
- Be able to provide a criminal record check

**Ideal Skills**:

- Hands on experience working with conventional, trunking, and P25 systems in industrial environments
- Experience working with portable and mobile radio equipment with basic diagnostic and radio programming
- Experience installing radio and communications related equipment on light and heavy-duty vehicles
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, test equipment and design/fabrication techniques

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

- Radio programming, repair, and installation: 2 years (required)
