**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable labourer to add to our building maintenance team. In this position, you will be responsible for various maintenance tasks throughout the many properties we manage. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Exterior building cleaning and minor repairs
- Pressure washing
- Window washing
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Gutter and rooftop cleaning
- Interior and exterior painting
- Snow removal

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Capable of raising and lowering a 32' extension ladder
- Working from heights (2-3 storey buildings)
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Have reliable transportation
- Must have a personal cellphone with data coverage in order to track hours with time management software
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Prior experience operating a man lift is an asset

We offer competitive wages based on experience. Full-time and part-time employment opportunities are available. Extended health coverage is available for full-time employees after a 3-month probationary period.
