**Overview**

**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project specifications.
- Perform cabinet installation, flooring installation, intior finishing and other finish carpentry tasks.
- May have to assist in framing and siding.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Conduct masonry work as needed, including rebar installation and concrete forming.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, including plumbing and electrical professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment during installations.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related fields is essential.
- Familiarity with machinery is a plus.
- Previous maintenance person experience is beneficial for diverse project needs.
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, assembly processes, and construction painting is advantageous.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
