We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven **MERCHANDISING ASSOCIATE **to join the Ontario Sales Team.

We are searching for a Merchandising Associate with a strong presentation and communication skills, and a background in a consumer-packaged goods environment with some cannabis experience.
**This role is specifically to**:
- **This role requires the use of a personal vehicle**:
- Visit retailers and dispensary outlets to ensure that appropriate product displays and promotional materials are available and utilized
- Report on product displays, promotional materials and general retail conditions applicable to sales agency catalogue products
- Send/deliver product promotional materials to customers
- Coordinate and lead retail pop-up displays
- Participate in educated retail customers (dispensary outlets and retail pop-ups) on products features, benefits and advantages, as well as product-use (if applicable)
- Work closely with Territory Account Managers in the implementation of winning customer solutions
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are executed
- Develop and maintain competent industry and product related knowledge
- Participate in meetings and trainings, as required
- Perform other tasks based on management instructions and performance requirements
- Proven experience creating and delivering trade marketing programs and calendars for partners
