Job Overview



**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Excel or Xero for efficient record-keeping.
- Generate financial reports to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Excel ,Xero) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
