Members of JANA’s Project Management Office (‘PMO’), under the direction of the Vice President, PMO, JANA’s Manager, PMO are single-threaded leaders that combine their passion for people with a true understanding of and value for our culture. The Manager, PMO requires the necessary knowledge & skills to support and manage members of JANA’s Project Management Team. They are responsible for recruitment & hiring, performance management, training, leadership & development, succession planning, forecasting, budgeting, compensation, and recognition for those in their team. Resource Managers will work cross-functionally with the Project Management Office, Human Resources and the Director of Training & Development.
Managers ensure their people mold (not conform, but rather adopt) the JANA Way (Culture) and not vice versa. They own both the performance and the development of their people.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels for the Project Management Team and recommends staffing and budget changes, as appropriate.
- Works in collaboration with the Director of Product, the Director of Sales and the Delivery Team to forecast staffing levels across all projects.
- With a specific focus on Project Management, hires, manages, and coordinates the development & mentorship of Project Managers.
- Drives the development and execution of Succession Plans and Individual Development Plans.
- Establishes direct report individual goals and ensures appropriate assessment of goals, performance, and development on a regular basis.
- Conducts monthly 1-1s and quarterly and year-end reviews for direct reports.
- Supports and drives People functions including recruiting, retention, onboarding, and training.
- Creates and maintains a culture of exceptional client care, team synergy, learning and growth. Leads by example and inspires the JANA team in a positive, high-performance way, demonstrating passion for our Culture, our People, and our Mission.

Required Skills & Experience
- Undergraduate degree (in a STEM field, preferred)
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- 5+ years in progressive people management roles
