Revenue Analyst

Join our Finance team Now hiring a Revenue Analyst for our Head Office in Burlington, Ontario. This role is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 1 day in the office.

**What you will do**:

- Create customer specific price books, convert pricings from other currencies (i.e. euros) into ERP system, set up new customers with contract terms, conditions, warranties, and discounts
- Perform daily maintenance of customer pricing, terms, and system matrices based on changes to customer and government contracts, new product launches, and area managers’ requests
- Weekly analysis of customer pricing and sales data confirming accuracy
- Complete month end process to generate customer discount statements
- Handle customer queries related to discounts/pricing
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to customers as requested
- Analyze revenue and provide detailed reports to required to internal stakeholders
- Support the implementation of new ERP system to ensure backend structure is setup correctly
- Cross reconciliation between ERPS and BI data
- Partner across departments to set promotional prices, new government contracts, and new product launches
- Work directly with customer service department to ensure accuracy on invoice pricing
- Year-end roll over of customer terms based on statuses achieved
- Other duties & reports as assigned

**What we are looking for**:

- 5-7 years experience in Finance/Accounting, with demonstrated understanding of pricing
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field
- High level of attention to detail
- Advance level Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLookup, Sumif(s) formulas)
- Strong reconciling and analysis skills - using these skills will be everyday in this role
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (bonus points for knowing INFOR, Majento, Navision and/or SalesForce)
- Team-oriented; this is a small-knit team who strive to continuously improve on our processes and programs

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
