**Shift start: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm**

**No work on Statutory Holidays**

**What you will do**:

- _**Drive Class 1 Tractor Trailer (Refrigerated) within Edmonton and surrounding areas**_
- Pick up and Deliver products in good condition and within scheduled time
- _**Pickups and deliveries based on business needs**_
- _**Perform skid work at times for particular client locations with a manual pallet jack**_
- Complete any necessary paperwork accurately
- Perform all safety checks, including pre-trip and post-trip inspection
- Report on all safety hazards and accidents
- Use a cellular phone to communicate with Dispatch, Lead Hand and Manager ie. Truck breakdowns, delivery concerns, answer calls, texts etc.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build strong client relationships
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations
- Additional duties as required

**What we require of you**:

- High School Diploma
- Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver's License is a must
- Possess a Clean Commercial Driver's Abstract
- Previous Trailer Switch Driver experience is an asset
- Minimum 2 years Commercial Tractor Trailer driving experience
- LCV experience is an asset
- _**Skid work at times for assigned clients using a manual pallet jack**_
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
