**The Role**:
As our Bilingual Part Time Receptionist**,** you play a critical role within Visique and are crucial to our success as we deliver a world-class service to our patients. You'll often be the first point of contact with the public and visitors at our office, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience. You're a fantastic communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your ability to multitask.

Must be Bilingual (French and English).

Days/Hours:

- 20 hours / week (Mon - Fri 9am - 1pm)

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Answering and routing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Updating and maintaining the telephone system, including answering messages left in our general mailbox.
- Greeting clients, suppliers, and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintaining the orderly appearance of our meeting rooms, maintaining supply levels for all kitchens and washrooms. Ensuring the cleanliness of closets, supply rooms and other areas.
- Data entry, drafting and revision of letters, tables, reports, and other materials as well as typing assignments that may be confidential. Drafting and preparing responses to routine inquiries.
- Sorting, screening, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, including packages via courier both locally and internationally.
- A point of contact for building maintenance and security.
- Coordinating and maintaining records for office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
- Adhere to company policies and corporate privacy policies.
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Three to five years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- A high school diploma with any post-secondary education is an asset.
- Working experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- An ability and appetite to learn new systems and processes.
- A professional and approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people.
- The confidence to reach out and approach people from diverse professional backgrounds and levels of seniority.
- Self-motivation, excellent verbal, and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- 20 heures/semaine (du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 13h)

**Que ferez-vous ?**
- Répondre et diriger les appels téléphoniques de manière professionnelle et courtoise.
- Mettre à jour et entretenir le système téléphonique, y compris répondre aux messages laissés dans notre boîte aux lettres générale.
- Accueillir les clients, fournisseurs et visiteurs au bureau de manière professionnelle et amicale.
- Maintenir l'apparence ordonnée de nos salles de réunion, maintenir les niveaux de fournitures pour toutes les cuisines et salles de bains. Veiller à la propreté des placards, des salles de stockage et d'autres zones.
