Are you organized, reliable, and looking to join a team that makes a difference in patient care? We are currently hiring a **Pharmacy Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant** to support our pharmacy operations in York Pharmacy. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and safe delivery of medications to our customers while assisting with pharmacy-related inventory and order processing.

**Key Responsibilities** **Shipping Duties**:

- Assemble, package, and label outgoing shipments in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
- Organize daily pick-ups and hand off parcels to couriers on time.
- Update internal systems with tracking numbers and shipment details.
- Monitor and restock shipping supplies.
- Report any packaging errors, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the shipping area.
- Communicate with pharmacy and customer service teams to resolve any delivery concerns.
- Respond to inquiries regarding order status or delivery timelines.

**Pharmacy Assistant Support**:

- Pick and pack prescription and OTC medications accurately based on order details.
- Double-check medication labels, dosages, and packaging for accuracy and safety.
- Organize and stage orders for final pharmacist review.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory; check for expiration dates and discrepancies.
- Maintain clean and organized stockrooms and medication bins.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert the team of low or out-of-stock items.
- Assist with returns, expired product removal, and general restocking.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and shipping staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or shipping/warehouse environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with courier or inventory platforms.
- Ability to follow protocols and maintain confidentiality of health information.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting boxes as needed.
