Job Description: As a Dog Groomer or cat groomer at Ultra Glo Pet Spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our canine customers. You will work closely with pet owners and our team to understand their grooming needs and preferences, ensuring that every dog leaves the spa looking fabulous and feeling refreshed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform breed-specific and custom grooming styles according to client requests.
- Bathe, brush, trim, and style dogs' fur to achieve a polished and attractive appearance.
- Trim nails, clean ears, and perform other necessary grooming tasks.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs during the grooming process.
- Monitor and report any health or behavioral issues observed during grooming sessions.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and answering questions related to grooming techniques and pet care.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional Dog Groomer.
- Minimum 2 years of full-time professional grooming experience.
- In-depth knowledge of various dog breeds and their grooming requirements.
- Proficiency in grooming techniques, including bathing, trimming, and styling.
- Gentle and patient demeanor when handling dogs.
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with care and confidence.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and team members.
- Passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Certification from a recognized grooming school (preferred but not required).
- If you have experience with cat grooms, please let me know.
