**Job Overview**

Schedule consists of

Monday and Tuesday: 10am-3pm

Wednesday Thursday Friday

10am -9pm with a 2hr break from 3-5pm

Saturday

4pm - 10pm

**Duties**

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and quality control.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in training sessions to improve cooking techniques and food safety knowledge.

**Qualifications**

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and cooking.
