**Float Facilitator**

Float Facilitators are the backbone of the organization that ensure these needs are met on a daily basis. You are the one who provides customer service, gives great orientations, and mindfully meets the demands of the day at the float center. Let's look at each of those areas individually.

**Customer service**
- You understand and embody our values (Mindfulness, Authenticity, Personal Accountability, and support of the greater community) throughout interactions with clients.
- You assess and meet each client's needs (including the need for space).
- You are an educator of floating and you assist clients in making the appropriate purchases for their needs.
- Consistency is the lifeblood of customer service. Every Customer deserves the same basic standard of care and attention as the next.
- You are solutions-oriented for any trouble-shooting including, but not limited to, work flow, feedback to other Float Facilitators.
- Your knowledge of floating ensures thorough and consistent Orientations to every client.

**General Duties**
- Cleaning
- Opening
- Closing
- Greeting and hosting clients
- Client orientations
- Booking appointments for floats and other services
- Undergoing trainings and education sessions to become an expert on floatation
- Maintaining a diligent float practice
- Checking out clients
- Laundry

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 21 per week
