Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee 88 hours a week of hygiene.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized hygiene schedule
- Work on dental software Dentrix and Recall Max.
- Fill hygiene schedule with less than 10% downtime
- Review upcoming hygiene schedule
- Sign off on all posted TX in hygiene and post to Insurance
- Collect the co-pay at the time of service upon check-out

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills to manage schedule
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff,
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a dental office
- Ability to handle phone systems and manage patient inquiries effectively
- Demonstrates the personal drive and determination to get the job done properly
