**Responsibilities include**
- Preparing professional surface land and right of way documentation to support project teams and clients
- Providing professional administrative and coordination support for the surface land team
- Staying current on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to surface land
- Maintaining, organizing, and updating processes related to surface land management

**What we require**
- 0-2 years experience in a Land Analyst role
- A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Detail oriented and focused with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities
- Natural problem-solver who can identify and implement practical solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both teammates and clients
